THE POUSADA

The pousada is conveniently located in the center of town and near all amenities.  The property lies within 18,000 square meters of Atlantic Rainforest, protected in accordance with guidelines for preserving nature areas, flora and fauna, and preventing sand dune erosion — all important ecological concerns of the area. Since the beginning of its construction in 1990, Pousada Mirante de Pipa has maintained a continual program of reforesting, using organic fertilizers and compost derived from the organic waste generated within the pousada itself.  Due to its location in a large forested area, the pousada receives daily visits from saguis (marmoset monkeys), iguanas, and a variety of birds.  It boasts a rich canopy of fauna and fauna.

The design of the pousada was undertaken with special attention to the comfort of guests, while at the same time preserving the natural balance of the eco-system.  For this reason, our chalets were built in the middle of the forest, and their decoration includes locally created arts and crafts.

We offer a delicious à la carte breakfast served at individual tables and including homemade breads, tapioca, eggs, omelets, cold cuts, yogurt, regional foods – as well as privileged ocean views.

Our guests enjoy panoramic views of the town and beaches to the north of Pipa, as well as beautiful views of the sunset.

There is a playground area for children and WIFI access in all areas of the pousada!
